In 2016 Kendra and Remone started their real estate journey by purchasing a Quadplex in Seattle, Washington, where they quickly found out how ‘House Hacking’ could elevate their rental portfolio and build wealth. Over the next few years, they learned the ins and outs of Real Estate Investing through owning and managing their properties. Having lived in several cities, they’ve gained valuable knowledge in different real estate markets and love teaching others on how to get started investing. With an infectious enthusiasm for Real Estate, Kendra and Remone created a podcast for beginners discussing all things real estate where they’re very informative and transparent. Wanting a warmer climate and greater investing opportunities, Kendra and Remone relocated to Austin enjoying all the city has to offer. In their spare time they love to read, explore Austin, talk anything real estate and travel, as they’ve been to several countries spanning across 5 continents.
